Tiny bites, big wins
We offer joyful, no-pressure food exposure through themed sessions built for selective eaters.
At Taste Buddies, kids explore food through movement, stories, creativity and connection.
Whether they’re building rainbow plates, dipping into new textures or simply learning to say “no, thank you” every session helps them grow a little braver — and a little more confident.

Growing Bravery, One Bite at a Time
At Taste Buddies, we believe that children build confidence around food through trust, routine and joyful exposure. Each session invites kids to explore new tastes and textures through stories, crafts and a shared table experience.
We focus on connection — not pressure — using real meals, real plates and a calm, sensory-aware approach that honors each child’s pace.
Here, even a small step is a big win.

Support Feels Like Play
Taste Buddies offers the gentle structure of therapy with the joy of a playdate. Kids explore at their own pace through sensory crafts, story time, and peer modeling — no pressure, just curiosity and connection.

Real Meals & Routines
Every session ends at the table — with real plates, real food and shared moments that mirror family mealtime. These routines help children build confidence, comfort, and skills that carry home.

Everything Is Intentional
From the foods we serve to the books we read, every element of Taste Buddies is designed to gently support food comfort and bravery. Nothing is random — everything supports your child’s growth.
Why Our Approach Works
Children are more likely to try a food after watching another child enjoy it. That’s why group meals are at the heart of every session.

Using real plates, cups and cloth napkins can help kids feel more capable and respected. We treat every table like a learning opportunity — not a snack station.
Shared meals teach patience, turn-taking, and social awareness. We practice “pass the plate,” “wait for everyone” and “you don’t have to eat it to be kind about it.”

Taste Buddies has been such a positive experience for my little one. She went from hesitant to curious, and now even asks to help in the kitchen!
A beautiful way to help picky eaters build confidence. The meals, the activities, and the relaxed vibe make this such a special experience.
This program is so thoughtful and gentle. I love that my son can explore new foods without pressure. The group setting makes it so fun!

Just a water bottle and an open mind. We provide everything else — a sensory-friendly setup, whole food tastings and a warm welcome at the table.
